When would I receive my ORCA?

Around February/March 2027. Following our Kickstarter campaign in mid-October, manufacturing and delivery takes about 4–5 months for our customers in North America. Most Kickstarter products take up to a year to deliver — we're faster, thanks to our head start on manufacturing.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we're only shipping to North America (US & Canada). Unfortunately, we're not able to deliver to addresses outside North Amercia for now.

What's the warranty period?

ORCA comes with a standard 1-year warranty.

Is there an app for Multi-connect?

As of now, you can connect multiple ORCAs using the Bluetooth button — no app required. We're developing our app, which will let you control your entire sound system directly from your existing ORCA setup once it launches.
